Back in September of last year I wrote several blog posts that discussed the issues I was having with energy and strength issues due to food allergies. One thing that I knew was I wasn’t absorbing all the nutrients in the food I was eating, my body was rejecting most foods and because of those key factors I was exhausted all the time and my workouts suffered. I’m a fitness nut and I’m usually in the gym 6 times a week along with other various physical activities. I met up with Nutrasumma who pretty much assured me they could help.     As long as you stay well hydrated, creatine should not cause water retention. Just be cautious, it can be hard on your kidneys if you don’t stay well hydrated.
